- Builder/Developer Services
Assist in finding and qualifying lots, provide comparable property information for land and/or finished lots, work with local jurisdictions on problem solving, assist with application process for land and/or other land use, and assist with plat recording.
- Developer Packet
Location Map, Aerial/Expanded Sensitive Areas, Contours, Wet Land/Floodplains, Zoning, and utility maps.
- Subdivision Guarantee
Preliminary title report with deed, easements and exception documents, plat map of property, and adjacent property information.
- Project Mapping Services
Color maps of zoning, topography, flood plain, wetlands, schools, public transportation, parks, et al (upon availability).
- New Home Trends/Comparable Reports
Recorded development summary, proposed development summary, property pricing by lot size and sales for attached/detached residential developments.
- Creative Target Marketing
Assist with home buyer specific target market campaigns via direct mail, development specific web site/URL creation, and project specific signage, banners, directionals and flags.
